Cãrnesa is a Brazilian churrascaria in Santa Eulària, set inside a countryside finca. It runs on the rodizio format: an open buffet with sides, vegetables, salads, fried snacks, cured meats and cheeses, plus grilled meat carved tableside straight off the skewers, unlimited. The churrasqueros move between tables and slice the cuts right in front of you until you say stop.
The setting is polished but relaxed, with a genuinely striking garden lit up by hundreds of small lights: in summer, dining here under the stars is an experience on its own. Background music runs through the evening, never loud enough to get in the way of conversation.
The formula is simple: 45 euros per person, 40 euros for island residents, drinks not included. That price gets you unlimited access to both the Mediterranean and Brazilian buffet, plus unlimited churrasco served at the table.
It sits on the road leading from Santa Eulària towards San Juan, with parking available. On summer weekend evenings it’s worth booking a table: the place is large, so you’ll likely find space even without one, but reserving ahead is the safer bet.
It’s ideal for birthdays, big groups, organized dinners, but works just as well for a simple night out with friends or family.
Practical tip: before you leave, make sure to try the cinnamon pineapple grilled on the churrasco, a classic Brazilian dessert we absolutely loved!
Cãrnesa is the right place for anyone who loves meat, wants to eat as much of it as they like, and is after a hearty, unhurried night out in Santa Eulària.
